heyhey..
yups..need to update alot of stuff..lols
cos need to update for cul journal:
well today was mad mad mad rush..
i woke up at 5am..and i guess this is worse worse worse than my sec sch days?? i wake up at 630 usually..-.-'' yups..haha so i ironed the clothes again..lols..i mean the cap..lols..cos it was quite crammed..haha..anyway yup i showered and went off without eating again..i couldn;t get a drink even!! man..lols..
and i reached sentosa..at 650am??? omg i guess that';s the earliest..
and even the sentosa bus was not there..!
yups..so i went to eat..lols..yups de meehoon not very nice..lols..yups anyway saw jolyn at 1st..and den slyvia my culi partner and the lec classmates..lols..they are fun ppl la..lols..can crap and lame with whahaa..yups so the bus ride was quite nice actually..lols..
DEN..the girls toilet..man so many ppl had alrd dressed up!!! omg..and i was like wow? so fast?
and mad my hair..so many baby hair man..lols..geled like crazy..lols..luckily my partner helped me really alot..lols..phew..and i made it!!! hahaa..the lec said its very good when he was marking attendance..;)
lols..im so relieved..lols..yeayea..hahaa
yups and i was really lucky la..cos i was being helped everytime..without them i think i will jus die la..lols..htm are nice peeps k? lols..
yups..haha so off we went to the kictchen..haha..tt was better because outside was 'piping' hot la..lols..and watched two demo..vegetables cutting and sauces and soup..lols..the veggy cuts demo was detailed and quite fun la..got to know different french names for diff veggy cuts..lols..yups..so it was quite interesting to know..lols..actually nt that fun la..lols..i almost slept i guess? lols..
yups the soup and sauces demo..at least there was samples..LOLS..can eat..lols..yups kept me awake was the aroma of the soup..lols..yea and we used our big big spoon to test the soup...LOLS>. damn funnie la everyone can only drink one tablespoon and we licked again and scooped in another tablespoon..it was no diff eating others' saliva isnt it? lOLS. funnie eh..lols..
anyway haha..i realised..the basic ingredients for soup are all the same la..celery, onion, carrot..lols..man i can even remember..lols..and i like the dark stock bcause it was made from the rst chk bone..lols..it really smelled nice!! hahaa..yups..i dun quite like the cream of carrot..because it was blended..LIKE bubbletea..lols..yuck..lols..i hate that cream soup..lols..
i guess i prefer soup with ingredients..lols..
and tomato sauce was okie la..lols..quite nice actually..lols..and the white sauce and brown sauce..made from white wine and red wine..for ppl who likes tt may like..but for me..lols..not quite..LOLS..and i was stupid enough to take a quite big scoop..lols..hw i know!! haha i wasn;t attentive..lols..
haha..yups culi was quite fun actually la..lols..yea yea and made really alot of friends man..lols..hope they like me :) LOL..i like dem too..whahaaa mad!!

yups..yea yea..but i was really tired at the last part of the day la..lols..imagine i woke up at 5am rush rush rush, lame lame lame, cut cut cut..lols..listen listen listen..lols..
yups i cut de vegetables..LOLS>.it was quite fun la..i found myself DIn get nervous..LOLS..i think de past me will jus freak out..when i see the chef knife..lols..and chef low was nice person la..lols..he was very patient like chef joyce..and learnt quite alot from them...lols..and he said my cutting was good! ahha..yay...lols..
what are the difficulties i faced:
im quite slow la..lols..i think..not very efficient actually i neeed to practise more..and seeing cant really make me learn very effectively..lols..and i wanna dressed up neatly all by myself..and not to trouble others..lols..learnt to be more independent when comes to dressing up..yups..
GoAL: to try my best..and get a A!! haha..work well with team mates.and know more friends..lols..lame and crap..lols..enjoy waht i really dun like in the past> cooking and cleaning..lols..and really present a nice meal! hahaa..for my ffamily and friends and of cos anyone who wanna try it!! ahha..or should i say dare to try it..lols..
YUPS..okie im very tiredd..i think im dropping dead..lols...
okies..and what else..i found jaime, jolyn, yan wan, slyvia, shaidah, howe lun, charlotte are really nice peeps..lols..and xavier is very lame..lols..its gd to meet htm peeps! ahhaa..i like lame and crappy peeps!! hahaa..missing peijiao, kellyn, jasmin and of cos HUixin!! hahaa...but okie la..will meet up soon..ya? lols..
yups and i really enjoy toking with tzehui!! lols..yea..dun stunned..this will be the last time i sayign tt..lols..no la jkjk..aha..ANd of cos QIUDAN!! i think both of them really cheered me up today..lols..when i was so weary..and shag..here they came!! haha and chatted iwth me..lols..BUT my hp went FLAT when i was chatting with qiudan halfway!! ahhaa..mad right..lols..
and i was charging now..lols..cos i reached home at 9 plus..
went to my godparents house..and i really missed dem..hahaa..
yups i wanna be fitter!!!! FITTER!!! yups..hahaa..i think i really need to get some slp..lols..jaa~!
