jus came back from GEMS training..Go the extra mile for service. haha..yea was actually quite boring at the 1st day..yea..haha we need to know more about Singapore and the attractions..omg suddenly felt quite stressed la..lols..for a blur and frog in the wall like me i dunno whether i can remember all the info for the attractions..and yea. i seriously have no sense of direction..i can even get lost in SENTOSA. -.-'' im going to faint..hahaaa..
yea actually gt to learn alot..hahaa..the Lecturer was veyr friendly..always smiling..she somehow made a positve impact on me..lols..keep smiling and maintain the enthusiasm..yups..
through the training, it reinforced the idea that we should keep calm no matter what. even if you are accused, or at any circumstances. hhaa..tts what i hhad learnt in my work experience at KR and CATERIng. yea man i hope i can learn to keep my head cool..hahaa..and my mouth shut. wahahha..
THE PASSION OF SERVICE. hahaa..wonder do i have that..suddenly..my vision is quite blurred..hahaa..
YEA. bt nonetheless interacting with people is always what i love to do..and hoping to be of help to people..haha seeing their satisfied faces just make me happy..HAHA..yea..im not sure whether tt is my passion..HHA..but definitely HTM is better than any of the courses..hahaa.. =x
yups..i hope to learn to present myself better and also to be able to treat the people warmly..lols..i tend to be shy with people i dunno..or those whom i cant click..LOLS..Yea..HAha..dunno hw the people do it..ahhaa so enthu towards everyone..hahaa..
and also..i have learnt to be flexible..lols..yea..sticking to books dun really help..hahaa..
AND the yayapapaya supervisor..REally turned me off..de way he speaks, omg...reaaly made a bad impression of him..anD we were saying 1st impression is v impt..lol..ironical..
haha yea..and today me n kellyn were so kuku! lols.. we actually want to go to raffles to take the train cos cityhall no seat...in th end..we went wrong direction and it was until BISHAN den we realised we went wrongly..OMG..lol..tts so kuku of US...lol..and we were happily chatting like no one biz..lol..
