hey.
today is such a tiring day...feel as if i jus came back from camp..-.-;'
this morning..woke up at 6am..rushed like mad again..haa..its nth new yea..hahaa..yea hate culinary man..
being scolded for nth! yea omg..I swear i tried my best okie..everything they asked me to do..me and velerie were assigned to the soup..and it was simple job la..jus need to season and boil the soup hot..yea..den after that chef ng wanted me to clean up the cooking pan..those type like the..hw to say..not the normal frying pan..yea..so it was quite clueless on hw to clean it la..cos it is used commercially..yea so she sort of Taught me.
den while i was clearing it, valerie wanted to clear too..because she said she gt nth to do..and duh? i also gt nothing to do yea? and i tot she wanted to do the soup so i let her do..yea great i had to repeat what chef ng told me just now..
and i was left with nTh to do. den chef Ng asked me to open up teh cans of fruits..DOTS lor..i dun even know hw to use the commercial can opener in the 1st place..-.-' it is those BIg type..not those in ur house..

yea so i asked for help..den later On, i had to open 6+6+6+1 cans.. yups i was putting all my effort into operating the thing la..you need to USe big force to get it inside before u turn..
and while i was trying my best, Chef ng called for the fruits..IT was like so dots la..SO many cans and she expect me to open in such a short time..madness..
and velerie kept asking me wwhta to do next for the cleaning..-.-'' i might as well clean it..
yups..whatever i do, velerie wanted to do..so chef phua said..'need two of u to do one thing..u all hold hands do la..' something like tt..it was like so...*speechless..
as if it was my fault..as if i needed help..and when i needed help no one was there?
haha..ironical..
den went cutting up the veggy..-.-'' hais dunno waht to say also la..its like..she wanted us to cut them into paysanne..which is something like a square..and velerie cut it rectangularly??? -.-'' i have told her again and again it is a SQUARE.
yups so in the end we got scolded again.
Why am i so suey? i Swear i tried my best. in the end i ws one of dem who is being scolded.
hais..alright i was not tt angry den. because she was right. the shape was nt right.
yea it was so paiseh because i almost threw the beans away..BUT i sweared i din hear her saying mus keep the beans k..except the yellow beans..hais..SO everyone turned ard to me when chef pHua Shrieked? alright thanks. my fault again. and she said 'well done' to me before i almost threw the beans. because throughout the whole morning i was helping her..and i sweared i did my best in every single job..and she Remembered my name..which stunned me la..cos i tot my name is not easy to remember..haha..
DEn goes Chef Ng. oh man..she is really a (*&*^*7 hahaa...no words can describe her.
yeas she asked me to help at petite cafe ANd she asked what am i doing there..it was like DOTS? of cos i have nth to do? and u guys din ask me to do anything..and u guys said u guys were busy dun disturb u guys? and PAmela was there too..and she only saw me?

and i had to do petite..which was horrible because Tami was so blur? arh. and sengkwang was nothing better..horrible..and i was being scolded for not knowing hw to baked the bread? When no one told me i should do it? BEfore chef PHUaa left, she asked Tami to brief me..and that;s hw she briefed me..
i have nth to say. im so used to it..when i was scolded for things which is not my job scope.
i realised my patience is getting better and better..I swear.
yups..den after that..Was howeluen. omg..she always wanted to help..and u know the chinese saying? ' the more u help the messier it becomes.' I found it very true after last week's Culi and this wk's.
it is like..since u dunno what u can help..and since u dunno HW to help..can u pls help to stay away?

but It was like..Really blocking the way? and she was doing nth when she said she wanted to help..? Dots..like chef phua said we dun need supervisors.
yups and when i was using the sink, she wanted me to LEt her use. and when i was letting her to do so, i sort of spilled the water when chef Ng was toking to me..Everything was alrd in a mess, AND i still NEEd to give in to howeluen to USe the sink..and in the end Chef NG scolded me for being Careless.wehn i was trying to give way to howeluen..
i gt nothing to say.
seriously.
Yups den i was asked to scrub the stupid oil pan again..and the procedure sucks k? had to do so many things to get it clean.
den we were asked to stay back until 4pm..and we had NO BReak at all..from 8am? and we can only eat at 2pm..
.......and that was my Day.
Den went dinner with my godpa..yea like usual we met the wrong place..its either the wrong place or the wrong time..
and i waited like almost half an hr..?
yups..
and i hate him when he smokes..it was so suffocating..
arg...i felt as if i was torn apart..dropping dead.
