yeas was supposed to wake up at 535am..lols..really couldn't get up! lols..so i snoozed..lols..den i put the alarm 545am. lols..still, coouldnn't wake up! lols..yups..so in the end i woke up at 6am. RUSHED like mad again and chunked the bread in my mouth..

chose me to do production..sian eh i dun like production and i had been doing that almost every week?? and WAHAHAHAHA..Mr Sim put us, the 'production team' in RITZ restaurant..wahhaa...yeah yeah that was so great..gotta 'THANK' him for choosing me to do production yea..lols..LOLS in the end i saw him doing the stewarding..lols..washing dishes..lols..PHEW. lols..luckily is not me do production or i might be ending up doing stewarding! lols..so happy wahhaa..
and i was being chosen to do the appetiser and dessert..WAHAHAHA..
lols..my FAVOURTITE..lols..and i actually dun wanna come today..lols..yeah! wahha..but okie la..cold kitchen was real cold. lols..and sometimes it could be quite sian when there were no orders..lols..but was quite fun doing the plate presentation and scooping of ICE cream..my fave..lols..
and my plate presentation was not bad..WAHAHA phew..chef joyce said it was okie..and shaun said it was good..lols..!! i got do market survey..lols..no la..only asked two person..lols..
yeayea..lols..at 1st the shape of the icecream was...so NOT ROUND? lols..not v nice..lols..and the ice cream couldn't even get out of the scoop...lols..TAMi was so panic and called the chef..lols..

YEA had dinner with my godpa jus now..omg de pepper crabs were nice..lols..and it was so paiseh jus now..cos my godpa was quite arrogant la..lols..talked very loud..and loves to order ppl..lols..and he was scolding the cleaner who cleared my food away..lols..-.-'' i could feel everyone;s eyes on me..and we even chned the place we sat when we started eating for a while..ARG..GAWD. not goin back to the same coffe shop again..hahaa...so PAISEH..
