uh huh suddenly i miss culinary sci. ahhahah. because service. u need to be 24/7 alert. ahaha. any moment the teacher will bomb u question. haha. yea.
in the morning we had a brief revision on wat we learnt last monday. the glasses equipments. i realised there are quite alot of glasses that i didnt take note last time. hhaha. and the names are unfamilar to me. i learnt alot. hahaha. i think its really helpful next time because it will be very embarassing not to know if some guest were to ask. hahaha. yea.
and its basic knowledge. lolss. if i wanna be a good manager i mus walk the talk. hahaha.
yea den telephone etiquette. haha. not bad. revision makes me learnt again. and it comes to my mind easily when the message is repeated again and again. hahaha. yea this method makes me learnt. rather than keeping on drilling in more information in my head when i haven even digested de previous info.
yea. i had learnt that Tone is very impt. =)
mus smile while we are speaking. the receiveer will be able to hear it. yea. i think its really true because i have listened to some. which are purely professional base. sometimes it makes me feel that its only part of a procedure to thank me for calling. and say thank you. i dun fele that de staff is sincere.
ya. den i got to learn how to ans qn in a much polish way. yea. sometimes we know how to ans. but its jus that we cant phrase it in a more professional way. we may sound crude. or maybe offending the customer. i think im lacking in this part. and i hope to cultivate a better image for myself.
yea. i feel that miss arga is a gd mentor. she encourages us to try even if its wrong. and this makes me feel more comfortable in her class. and she really practice wat she preech. like. greeting others. smile. have a small conversation with the person. i feel that its really nice to have this kind of culture. it creates a friendly and comfortable environment. i hope the guest will feel it too. =)
yea. i guess if i were the guest. i would hope that my environment is filled with cheerful and friendly service staff instead of arrogant staff.
yups. and we learnt. 10 miles we should smile and greet. and start small conversation.
