its so hard to concentrate on work when u have to wake up at 5 plus in the morning. i wonder. why do they choose this timing!! -.-'
yeas~ anyway im deployed to LUGE. !!!! yeas. kinda worried that i will give wrong instructions haah! hais. yeas. today we were choosing for the grp leader. it was like. quite sad for me. haha. cos no one voted for me. hais. haha. yea lor although some ppl also dun have votes but most ppl got voted! yeas lors. hit me abit. haha. maybe it was because my turn was too fast la. straight after my name the kuku Deli called another name. -.-' haha! okies im consoling myself. cos i was the only one who didn;t vote for Deli. omg. so paiseh okie when i turned and found myself the only one who didnt raise up the hand. yeas. -.-'''''
and he kept repeating only qiutin din vote for me. -.-'''''' there is only 19 ppl. everyone could see clearly the difference!!
haha anyway.
it takes 6 secs to form the 1st impression.
and thus its very impt to maintain ur best performance at all times. haha. this is to give the ppl confidence and trust in you. yups.
sometimes. i wonder. do i wanna be a manager? haha. no. i dun think so. i would rather have more personal contacts with the guests than the service staff. because normally service staff have the most contact with the guests. i gues.s hahah not sure la. but i know i wun be in F&B and hotel line. hahah. kinda too professional and rigid for me. yeas lor. the reason why i choose htm is because it is FUN!! aha. args.
but miss amy said she is training us to be professionals and managers. yups. suddenly strike me. haha. hmmm.
yeas. and making every individual special is what we should all do. providing extra attention and service and making sure the guests are comfortable and making them feel special. =)
yeas. and this is what service is about. haha.
yeas. im more interested in interacting with customers and makign them happy. hahaha. dunno whys.
haha yea. everyone is responsible in their roles. regardless what post they are in. yupss. we need to work together and coordinate as a TEAM. only then we can provide a better service to our guests. yups. communication, creativity is important too. ahha. yeas but must be realistic. with new innovations we can tehn stand out from the rest and attract more guests in.

i should learn to make mistakes. ahha sometimes im too afraid to make mistakes and this makes me afraid to speak up. yups.
erm. actualyl i cant really recall what was said. ahah. only remembered choosing leader and reading through the deployment list. yea and i need to bring my name tag along that day. 1045am~~~ kinda early. hahhahah but its alrd consider late haha.
yea tml 9am there will be a quiz. great. hahah. gotta study!! omg im afraid i cant focus on my work..~~ hais haha who can save me?
